Great sound quality and hardware, with possible improvements to app
Sound quality is amazing for earbuds, that is expected out of Sennheiser. Able to hear the crispness, the depths and details of the audio and have a great bass for its size. The volume is not too shabby too. The battery is good and last quite a while until you need to recharge. And the case packs extra juice when you're on-the-go. Taking calls is fantastic. The transition between listening to audio and taking calls along with the extra support from the 'Sidetone' feature it has. Noise isolation is good. The ANC is not the best, but decent. The earbuds themselves are pretty big but I like it. It's pretty noticeable when you wear but at least it is somewhat okay in style. The case doesn't have any holes to put accessories on or to tie to your bag. It is a bit on the bulky side of the size spectrum, so leaving it in the pocket is going to be a bit uncomfortable. The volume is a bit confusing. The volume control you have on the earbuds is only for the earbuds. You may have max volume on your device but if you have min volume on your earbuds, you can't hear anything. I didn't realize this at first and thought something was wrong with the earbuds when the audio didn't come through. Checked my device and the audio level is high, only to realize the earbud volume is min, so I had to change directly using the touch control. A bit finnicky if only using one earbud as you also have to put the other bud to change the opposite level (increase/decrease). The accompanying app could use a lot of improvements. Need better equalizer instead of just the three bars. Let users share their EQ creations and try other EQ presets from others. No earbuds volume control on the app, all need to be through the touch control. When you open the app, it takes a while for the app to 'connect' to your earbuds and let you access the controls on the app. It doesn't take long to 'connect' each time but still noticeable. This is weird as it's already connected by bluetooth, shouldn't it be seamless. Overall, good product. Very good hardware and amazing sound quality with rooms for improvements especially the app.

Great sound quality, bad ANC
I just bought the CX buds and decided to upgrade to the CX plus instead. Love the added features and that classic Sennheiser sound quality. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, but there are some things that could be better: PROS: - Great sound quality. I'll never buy into the hype of all these other buds that over-market Bass. Sennheiser has good bass, but more importantly, it's very well balanced and clear. - The design is very similar to the CX. Even though it's still on the bulkier side than most, it does have a slightly more slimmed-down profile than the CX and feel better. - Great features like smart pause, transparency mode, and added mics are great. CONS: - The ANC is pretty underwhelming compared to other buds in this price range. In my car, I can still hear a lot of engine noise. In a bustling coffee shop, I can still hear some background noise of people talking pretty clearly. I only have the Soundcore Life P3s ($80) to compare it to, but the P3 ANC is much better. So anyone who is dead set on these buds because of the ANC will be pretty disappointed, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. - This might be true for most modern TW buds, but switching devices is a bit of a pain. I hate that I have to go into the app to switch connections. With most BT buds, I can just go into the device settings to simply connect or it will connect right away to the closest device. I can't seem to get these to do that, but again, not a big deal. overall, fantastic buds for $120!

Great Noise Cancellation Coupled with Great Sound and Controls
I was looking for a relatively inexpensive pair of earbuds that I could use while mowing and using yard equipment or power tools. I've tried several earbuds that were OSHA approved/rated, but was not happy with them. Decided to try some with Active Noise Cancellation. Once I got the correct size ear pieces in place, it was amazing how well the noise from power and lawn equipment was removed. Makes it possible to actually hear the music without having to turn it up to dangerous levels. I particularly like the touch controls; since I use an old iPhone repurposed as an iPod, and wear it in a water and dust proof belt, it's a pain to have to stop everything to take the iPhone out just to adjust the volume or to use an app to access other features. The ones I need (volume, pause/play, previous and next, cancellation/transparency) are all on the buds themselves and accessible with a tap or series of taps or tap-and-hold. The app is very nice; it allows for equalizer customization (and saves it per device) and to modify the touch controls to precisely what you want. And, for those that must have the heaviest of bass, these have a bass boost as well at the EQ. Additionally, these pair with up to six devices. That's significant, since the sound quality is so good I can also use them with my non-iPod iPhone. They are easy to insert, and once I installed the Large earpieces, stayed in place. Very comfortable, as well. The case has magnetic prongs that marry up to metal pieces on the earbuds, meaning it's virtually impossible to place them in the case in a way that does NOT allow them to charge. Honestly, I have trouble coming up with any negatives Just a well constructed product that works as it should, with great sound, easy pairing, and excellent controls and app.

Good sound quality, but not durable enough for me.
I bought these earphones based on the review of Consumer Reports. They did have good sound quality and I really like the noise-canceling* feature. I do want to say that I am hard on my ear buds. Often wearing them outside in adverse weather and working. I have two significant gripes about these earphones. 1) The "buttons" on the earphones are very sensitive to sweatshirt and jacket hoods. They will often randomly do the following if you are wearing something with a hood: Max volume, Off, Min Volume. This seemed to not be an issue the older they got. 2) The right earphone speaker died in less than a year. The buttons function, but no sound. I am back on Amazon to buy a new pair of earbuds. My last ear buds (Bose - which were a bit more expensive, but not dramatically) last me 4 years. *The "noise-canceling feature" is actually a microphone that that can be turned on. The noise is suppressed by the fit of these (acting like ear plugs) earphones. The microphone allows you to hear the outside world.

Great value for the price
As expected from Sennheiser, the sound quality is fantastic; wide soundstage and great instrument separation. It is on par with their current flagship Momentum TW2. ANC is very usable. It's an improvement from their TW2 ANC. It helps that the passive noise isolation is superb too as long as you choose the ear tips that fit you the best. Transparency mode is quite amplified so it may sound unnatural. But it may be a good thing if you're using it while outside on a busy street. Touch controls are very responsive. Probably the best one by far. The only con i can point out for now is that it may be uncomfortable for people with smaller ears. For most people though, these will fit nicely. They won't easily fall out if you'll be using them while jogging or general workouts.

Sennheiser vs Samsung
The in-ear style has a better chance to stay in place than Buds Live, but CX True Wireless is much wider. The sound quality is similar to the Buds Live but is probably quieter at the loudest volume. I would say the Buds Live app features are more convenient. Its equalizer has twice the presets and has an ANC toggle. The Sennheiser Smart Control needs to include transparent hearing, ANC, and other toggles. I'm not sure if the ANC is worse than Buds Live because the transparent hearing seems to work well enough. The microphone is about the same in quality but I prefer Sennheiser. The CX True Wireless connectivity is the biggest advantage on Buds Live. It has significantly less distortion and drops in quality. Buds Live would play robotic if I didn't stay still or had something other than my phone in front of me. CX had a strange playback when I was chewing food but that might be it so far. I didn't have a chance to test the battery lives but the one perk I am pleased to have is the auto power off by CX. Buds Live 0.5/5 CX True Wireless 3.5/5 *Dropped to 1/5 After two months of use the issues begin to surface. It cannot reliably play audio from two sources on a laptop such as YouTube in the background, personal media, or other programs that play or record sound. Too many times I've had to hard reset or remove the device to get it to work again and sometimes it just doesn't connect, or disconnect properly, despite audio playing. I'm sure this affects most earbuds but I should have let people know earlier that it cuts off the first half of a second of audio for anything. To test this look up the word syllable on Google, then play the audio to pronounce the word. 3/10 it will say the word perfectly, 3/10 it skips the first syllable, 3/10 it doesn't pronounce syllable. If Jabra Elite 75t isn't a reliable earbud, I will give up on earbuds entirely.

Really good headphones if sound quality is what you are aiming for
RECOMMENDATION: I definitely rate these a ‘BUY. Sound quality is great, noise cancellation is pretty good and battery life is average. Can be easy to accidentally touch them due to how far they stick out. THE GOOD: 1. Gret sound quality, especially for the price. 2. Noise cancellation works well. 3. Battery life is good. 4. Works well with Android phones. THE BAD: 1. They do stick out from your ears a little bit, so it can be easy to hit them accidentally with your hand and thus activate a feature, like skipping a song, by accident. You do get used to it though.

Noticeable jump in audio quality
I'm not an in-the-weeds audiophile, but I am a musician that understands enough about instruments and studio recording to know when I'm hearing things other earbuds are not reproducing. If you're looking for a hardcore audiophile review, I'm probably not the one. (But I'm guessing you're already researching detailed specs anyway.) What I can tell you is that there was definitely a distinct jump in sound quality with these where the sound is richer but more specifically, I can hear things I haven't heard with other earbuds. (Unfortunately, I've never owned AirPods so I can't give you a comparison.) They types of things I hear with these: On guitar parts, I can hear more than strumming, I can hear actual pick attack and even that unique, metallic-but-rich sound guitarists will know an acoustic guitar makes only after it has been freshly restrung. On drums or percussion, I can hear parts that are dropped down in the mix and start to become invisible with other earbuds, particularly things the right stick is hitting. Also, things like snaps and claps stand out more than I've ever heard with other earbuds (in a good way). On vocals, I hear breathiness and slight intentional variations that went unnoticed with previous earbuds. I can also hear things like effects on backing vocals I never noticed before even with headphones. One issue I did have was that the left earbud stopped working about 8 months after I purchased it, but I went through the return process and received a new box today which is what reminded me to write a review. Yes, certainly not ideal, but I am so glad to have my new set back as the old earbuds I reverted to while waiting for my Sennheiser replacements was now noticeably a severe drop-off in quality. Hopefully this pair lasts as I am super happy with the audio quality.

Good sound, good battery life, and comfortable
I've been using these for about 2 months, love them VERY much! Sound quality is great, they're comfortable, the noise cancellation is good and so is the transparent hearing mode when I need it. Battery actually does last 8 hours as advertised, even with me constantly using the buttons to pause/skip/etc

problema solucionado

very average tws
disappointed with the headphones. reviews are very positive but in fact they are very average tws. sound is dull, somewhat taller than should be, app is not the best, occasionally can't reconnect to the smartphone.
