Dangerous Product - Do Not Buy
I plugged this into an antique electronic device, and when the device failed to power on, I immediately unplugged it and tested the voltage. This product is advertised to output 16 volts AC, but when measured, it continuously and repeatedly jumps between several distinct voltage levels, including ~95 volts. This is well above the advertised voltage and is likely to destroy sensitive electronics. I tested a working power supply with the same volt meter, so it's definitely a problem with this power supply. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

this was supposed to be 16 VAC OUTPUT. but the unit outputs 16 VDC...; WTF

Works for Rugged Racers scooter
***Rugged racers scooter***Finally found a charger that works. I accidentally packed the original charger.and cannot find it so I had to searched for another. Literally tried about 6-7 other chargers and the green adapter of this set charged the scooter. Note: the only downside is it does not have a light to indicate when charging or fully charged. Would recommend.
