Excellent product. You will not think your phone has a screen protector on it - visually or tactically. It looks and feels like a naked phone screen. I like the kit for application this comes with. Makes it very easy to apply! When replacing my old screen protector ( same brand) I was shocked at how difficult it was to snap the screen protector in half. I couldn’t do it! I didn’t try THAT hard, but you get my point. These provide superior screen protection- by far. They do state fingerprint resistant- which is accurate. I do still need to wipe the prints off my phone from time to time. I also appreciate the vision protection this has. We all spend too many hours a day staring at screens of all shapes and sizes! This is my 3rd purchase of this screen protector. This is only because of how clumsy I am… I drop my phone more times than I’d like to admit. This product protected my phone screen after 2 epic drops…minimal damage to the screen protector. Zero damage to the screen. I replaced it only because the screen protectors integrity isn’t as good if you have an existing crack or chip. I learned this the hard way. 3rd time opening the Zagg box— but this was first I noticed “lifetime warranty”…… Zagg will replace the screw protector if anything happens to it! It took me less than 3minutes to go the website, create account, 3 clicks later my screen protectors warranty is active. While the quality is absolutely worth the higher than competitors cost- I am THRILLED that I won’t have to pay it again! ( I am sure my 4th one will be needed in a year or so!) With a lifetime hassle free replacement - what do you have to lose paying more for this great item??!?!

I am very hard on my phones. I have gone through very expensive screens and very cheap screens and this one is the best. I purchased the extra warranty and I’ve been through countless replacements but it’s worth it. The glass has broken but not shattered and it has protected my screen every time. It’s easy to put on, you can’t really tell anything is on it, doesn’t interfere with typing or talking-10/10 recommend.

I have been using Zagg products for years. Never had a problem. Not once, not ever. Zagg products are absolutely excellent. The best aspect of their screen protectors is the ease of installation. It is virtually impossible to mess up. I saw some 1-star reviews on here with people complaining about the installation. I suppose it’s possible that there was a problem at the factory and that the materials were fabricated slightly imperfectly, resulting in an imperfect installation experience… HOWEVER - I think that any issue a user experiences with alignment and installation of the screen protector is due to USER ERROR. That’s right, if you’re complaining about the screen protector being maligned or some bs, it’s because YOU messed up putting it on. The ENTIRE REASON that Zagg is able to get away with charging $40-60 for a flimsy piece of “glass” is *because of* that piece of plastic that you use to guide the installation and achieve a perfect fit. AND WHAT’S MORE IS THAT ZAGG GUARANTEES A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND SO IF YOU F UP THE INSTALLATION JUST TELL ZAGG AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE. AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Now THAT is what I call quality customer service. They are so confident in the quality of their product that they are willing to dole out replacements to anyone and everyone who has any sort of problem with their product. What’s that? You dropped your phone onto the pavement and the screen protector cracked? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. What’s that? You didn’t clean the surface of your phone and there’s a bunch of lint stuck underneath resulting in bubbles? Well they’ll probably magically disappear in less than a day anyway, but if they don’t? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. All you have to do is pay for shipping. ALSO - these products are selling here on Amazon for 40-60% off their retail price. That is an absolute STEAL. Anyone who’s given a Zagg product less than a 4 star review is absolutely out of their mind. I have been using Zagg screen protectors since my iPhone 6+ in 2014. I ALWAYS get a Zagg screen protector. I get them for my devices and for my friends and family. What’s more is that the glass in the Zagg screen protector feels better to tap/scroll on than Apple’s fancy “Ceramic Shield” glass. It’s smoother and it just feels way more premium, which is crazy because you’d think that Apple’s flagship phones would be made to have top-of-the-line materials! I cannot overstate how much I respect and appreciate this company. Did you know that Zagg also makes phone cases? Gear4 is the case company and they are my FAVORITE cases!! I purchased 3 separate cases for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I purchased two of them for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. They are superb products. And I happily paid full price for those! The two S21 Ultra cases and screen protector I bought at a T-Mobile store (so full MSRP) and the 3 cases and screen protector for the iPhone 13 Pro I bought through Zagg’s website (with a 30% discount). In conclusion, my point is that these are THE best. Bar none. You can support Zagg directly or you can get the products here on Amazon from King Bezos. I understand the allure of the 50% discount Amazon is offering but what I don’t understand is someone who chose to buy the massively discounted version and then COMPLAINS about a product because of a mistake that THEY made. ESPECIALLY when Zagg has an extremely generous policy about sending out replacements. You used to have to send in the old damaged one, and now, to cut down on costs to the customer (paying for shipping back the defective one and the shipping out of the replacement), you just tell them what happened and they say “ok cool we’ll send out another one presently” no questions asked. Zagg.

These cases are great, I love the vision guard one which I guess also include some kind of germ protection now which I’m sure is a scam or just something to help sell the product because I don’t know how they can do that but who knows. I will give this five stars if it didn’t break within the first week of buying one every single time. I don’t even drop them and they end up having a crack in the corner or a chip that ends up going across the entire screen from caring it in my pocket and having some thing else in there And it’s over and if you drop it even with the Apple silicone case I have it will crack every time. I still recommend zag over any other brand because they have a great touch response and they look good not too thick and they definitely protect your screen from being cracked it’s just that you have to constantly replace it but the warranty is very easy and they send you one without question and you don’t have to send it back anymore just pay the shipping as long as you register it when you buy it. I’ve honestly returned three in just the past two weeks from them breaking this is now my third one and hopefully the third ones a charm

I’ve always gone w Zagg bc they will replace the screen protector with just a shipping fee if you register your product with a lifetime guarantee. I can’t count how many times I replaced the one on my old phone and it was totally hassle-free! I love the new install method with the tray. It helped for a quick, easy, and perfectly aligned install. I felt like a fancy phone salesman! It looks so good, no bubbles. Photo is the aftermath of the install, but only took me 5 minutes bc I’m meticulous. Satisfying to put this on :)

I’ve had this protector on my phone for over 3 years now, I drop my phone A LOT. it’s busted up but the screen underneath is still untouched. I’m buying another one now because it took a serious hit, but again, the screen underneath is still in perfect condition. 10/10

The product is fine I guess. Though I wouldn’t say I’m hard on phone/cases and the screen protector broke in less than 6 months. But I bought it on Amazon so I could register on ZAGG for free replacement if needed. Spent the time to register the products only to learn when I needed a replacement, only to find I couldn’t access my account or registered products. My entire account just gone. Good luck trying to find a phone number for ZAGG customer service or a way to contact them. It takes serious digging thru useless info and FAQs that are not helpful before you get access to a contact email. Which only generates an email back to you from a bot offering the same unless canned FAQ info. So then you have to reply AGAIN to say you still need help before a person will email back and forth with you, trying to help you. End result: a whole new account had to be created and I had to re-register both my products because of their system (nothing on my end). That was just to access that replacement system. To get the actual replacements has been just as much of a pain. I get nothing is free but I was ok with paying S&H since we bought two of these screen protectors, one for my phone and one for my son’s. But it cost $10 EACH for S&H (because you can’t combine replacement orders). Then one of them never came. So BACK thru the annoying efforts to try to make contact with someone at ZAGG, shiv for something as simple as getting help with a late/lost order is just crazy. They claim to have tracking, but it’s just a number (they don’t even tell you the carrier) and it’s not a link or any other transit info or details. Just a random number. It’s 2023: why do you not have a phone number? Or an online chat? Or basic order tracking? I won’t ever buy their product again. I would much rather give my business to one that cares about the customer experience.
