MPI Tools 4-Port USB & A/C (3) Power Strip Wall Charger –1500 Joule Surge Protector w/ Slide Out Smart Phone Holders

I've ordered a few of these over the last few months for various rooms in the house. Overall, they work really well. I've been able to charge off of all four USB ports at once (2 phones, 1 tablet, 1 e-cigarette) without anything disconnecting. I knocked off one star since the most recent one I purchased was defective. As soon as I plugged it into the wall, the circuit breaker tripped. I couldn't get the breaker to stay on while this surge protector was plugged in. As soon as I unplugged it, and switched the breaker on again, everything was fine. After a quick inspection, it looks like the metal in the outlets (not the USB ports) is all bent out of shape which must be causing a short. I haven't tried opening it up to see if I can fix it yet, but it might be fixable.

So originally I tried to use the product overseas, as a means to charge all of my devices, since I only have one travel adapter. Bad idea. This thing blew all of the fuses on that circuit and I was without power for one night. The reason I still gave this product 4 stars is because the seller was incredibly helpful/responsive, and promptly sent me a new device to use, since my unit was now damaged. The product works, just as I needed it to, and even though it doesn't have as high of an amperage out for the USB ports as I would like, it is used to charge my devices overnight so no worries/

I like that this is lightweight and has so many outlets. Only drawback is that the plug in the back does not fold in to make it more travel friendly (I bought for travel). I showed this to a friend and he is planning on buying 4 to put in several duplexes he owns.

I'm only giving it 4 stars maily because it's for my new house so I haven't used it yet. I really like it because it has 4 USB ports and all the others only have 2. I may update to 5 after I do use it.

Great product, finally have a way of charging multiple items with different charging ends in the same place. Only complaint is it doesn't include a screw long enough to use this to replace the plug plate. Once I found one of my own, it became a permanent fixture on my wall.

Had an issue when I received the units with no screw included. Your wall-outlet screw won't be long enough to fit this unit. MPI took care of the issue with excellent customer service. The unit works very well.

I love it just wish it would be in different colors

Love this! Can't use the pull out holders for my phone due to the case, but that's fine. We purchased long cords :)
