Not bad for the price
Considering its half the price of many others on Amz, i think its only fair to judge it accordingly. Some of the parts included are slightly different from instruction in size or colour, and the bags were badly labeled which made it harder to pick out the relevant parts.Otherwise however, its pretty good and was a relaxing way to spend some hours over Christmas putting it together

Patience is a virtue...and is rewarded.
I'm quite pleased with the kit, here's a few thoughts. First, be patient. Really patient! There's lots of very fiddly work, such as rolls of fabric, small teapots, steamers etc. all of which require assembly. Similarly, the bead lanterns can be hard work. It's definitely not a puzzle, and definitely not for kids! But the finished result is well worth it. Things you'll likely find useful...Latex/rubber glue i.e. Copydex (no glues are included).Superglue with precision nozzle.Angled tweezers.Pin vise with small drill bits (helps to enlarge bead holes).Model putty/filler.Acrylic paints for touching up."Helping hand" modellers clamp stand.Magnifying glasses.Build the main body first, leaving the embellishments such as lanterns, street furniture, etc till the end (as opposed to attaching as you go like in the manual). Make the holes for the LEDs quite big - almost pushing the LEDs through - as once wired in sequence they can be a bit dim. Double check the fabric sizing before applying to the backboards, the padding will need cutting to size for the best finish. Check the wiring, and keep checking as you go - it's quite easy things to come adrift. The wire provided to link both sides under the bridge is VERY thin, and extremely fiddly to work with, I recommend using your own bits, oddments of speaker wire do just fine.Completion took me about 2 weeks, putting in an hour or two most days. No parts were missing, though some were hard to find - check the fabric bundle for the LED strings! In contrast with some reviews, I found I had a few spare bits left over, notably lots of beads and fabric, so you can afford to make some mistakes. All in all, I'm very pleased - it's a good price for a detailed kit, and a pleasant build. Take your time, be patient, and with a steady hand you'll do fine. If any questions come up here, I'll do my best to answer.
