I don't know if I am more angry at the writer for putting these words down as an example of effective communication, the publisher for thinking it was ready for print, or my professor for choosing this text. The book is terrible. If you are a professor looking for an effective book with which to teach communication. Move on.

this book is really good and came perfect. The only problem is the cover that is to thin and gets crumpled.
