Whole Mahlepi Seeds Mahleb Mahlab Mahlep Traditional Spice for Pastry Making 50gr

I just finished making my Greek Easter Breads and I am very happy to report that the Mahlepi I purchased was perfect. The breads came out with that wonderful aroma of the mahlepi seasoning. I will purchase more for the next time I make by bread. Thank you.

For some reason, this spice is getting harder and harder to find locally. I took a risk on these seeds and they were perfect. I will order again. They ground nicely and had a lovely aroma.

Flat- no essence of aroma or flavor. Used in Baking Challa.

I ground some up before adding it to my recipe. It smelled like an old, musty warehouse and the only flavor was a bit of a bitter bite. I will not order these again.

It had no smell and seemed to be old. Very disappointed.

Made my wife happy.

These were the smallest mahleb seeds I have ever seen - very disapponted
