The Ride as well as the Price is Excellent!
I love bikes, e-bikes, trikes, eTrikes... All different kinds. I know the eBike segment is huge and lots of manufacturers are trying to capitalize on the intense crush on eBikes what with the covid and all...Some of those manufacturers are mediocre at best... Some should never make anything and yet others are simply excellent while being reasonably priced. Some are state of the art and the prices are out of this world. This bike is a really good bike, especially for this price point. I was immediately impressed with the packaging the bike arrived in. It was very solid and secure and the bike was in perfect condition inside. The packaging inside was very advanced while not being wasteful.I have to be honest, I've purchased bikes MUCH more expensive and the packaging was a disaster and so were the contents. In this case, the packaging is really excellent and intuitive. The bike itself was almost completely assembled and what wasn't was easy to do.It only took a few minutes to put it together and the battery came 80% charged so I and my buddy test rode the bike under many different conditions... but let me first say, we tested out the top speed first... I know, shocker; two dudes seeing how fast something can go before figuring it all out first.Well, I will tell you, with both a 205 and 248 lbs guy on the bike (Not at the same time, I'm not running a circus here!). The bike went 20 miles per hour without pedaling from a dead stop!!! THAT is impressive for a 350Watt Hub Motor!!!!I will also tell you that everything works perfectly and after adjusting the bike perfectly, this is now my wife's favorite bike! The E function of this bike is really excellent and easy at the same time! Super easy for all levels of bike riders! Now, the appearance of the eBike is really cool and modern! Everyone comments on the bike as being cool and modern! The fit and finish is really pretty good, especially for this price point! The welds are good, and the frame is really strong! The Seat is really comfortable and the shock absorption is good as well.Shifting gears and adjusting the motor speed is super intuitive and the gears could not be easier to use! I especially like the integrated throttle to help you up hills or give you a boost when you are worn out. It is so well disguised on the right grip that I test rode this for quite awhile before realizing it was integrated on the grip!!!!The tires are not a brand I recognize, but they are pretty good, especially for this price point. The components are good, and functioned flawlessly without adjustment, straight out of the box! That is impressive!Several people, most of the friends have ridden the bike and they all want one!!!!Oh, the battery is easy to charge and take on or off and once on, is very secure. Everyone comments on how quickly you can get up and riding! It is really fast and simple!I also wanted to mention, this thing has an integrated headlight and it is pretty cool looking and it is bright!!!!! I didn't realize that when I bought it!!! It is handy too! I mean it is incredible at night but during the day! It really raises visibility effectively. Is it comfortable to ride? Well, several people, of several sizes, women and men.... they all rode the bike and we were all comfortable! Now, lots of people ask about the "range." Well, you have legs that can pedal so as far as you can pedal is one answer, but the reality is, people want to know what longevity to expect on the charge and the only real answer is, "It depends." It depends on rider weight, efficiency in pedaling, terrain, temperature, weather, and the level of air in your tires, condition of the bike in general. Ultimately the battery size and condition as well as the size and power of the motor makes a huge difference in range.Based on my experience thus far, I think a reasonable expectation is 25-40 miles on a charge. You may do less or more... Also, I would say this is a great bike for a casual rider who prefers riding in the city, on improved trails. I don't know that I would ride this on a super challenging trail or track. I just don't think that is the aim of this model. However; I think if you ride this bike to its purpose and you maintain it properly, you will get years of enjoyment from this bike at a really great price! Also, it took only a week for me to get the bike after I ordered it.

So far so good
For the price this is a really nice ebike. I am nearing 200 miles. Which isn't nothing for this bike. Installation took about 30 min, never assembled a bike before. But was fairly simple. Just follow the directions or there are tutorials on youtube for the same bike. It is kind of small however. I'm 5,11 200lbs. I did replace the stock seat with one on here called rockbros (I think) also bought a Zukka handle bar riser. Made a huge difference (also on here) had a bike shop install the back rack and bag along with the mirror. Lastly a cell phone holder (amazon)The battery seems to last a while. Furthest I've pushed it is 22, maybe 24 miles using electric pedal assist. It still had 3 bars of battery left. Normally stay on mode 2. But level 3 is fun just for cruising. Gets up to 19.8 mph on that one. Been using it without any assist for a regular 5 to 10 miles working through the gears like a normal bike. Then the 5 or 10 miles back I use level 2. It's nice it's there if you need it.Does make some rubbing noises with the front brakes every now and then. Same with weird noises in certain gears.Fit in my 2016 chevy cruze in the trunk but had to take off the front wheel and fold the seat down. So will fit into small sedans. Now have a 4runner and a cheap bike rack from walmart and despite it being 40 or so pounds it's easy to load up and go.Definitely will recommend this but if you're an adult, you really need a handlebar riser and a new seat that's more comfy.

Warranty is worthless, seller is unhelpful, bike is decent.
The bike itself is pretty good value for the cost. I tend to ride up decently steep hills daily which is one of the reasons I bought this model as it advertised 30 degree climbing. The battery life, speed, and acceleration of the bike were good. It was about $400 when I bought it and it's $280 now. It's probably worth buying as long as you don't depend on the warranty. Consider it disposable after 12 months if you use it daily. It will probably last longer if you use it less frequently. I say consider it disposable as you will either be hard pressed to find the most important replacement parts or they will cost a great deal compared to the bike.I didn't really have any problems with the bike for about 11 months after which the motor started making a grinding noise and stopped outputting power when throttling. The description states a 12 month warranty and Totguard's website states that Fykee is responsible for repairing any defective product free of charge.Upon contacting the seller for warrantied repairs the asked me to contact them via email. They then started providing technical support and wanted me to repair the motor myself. When I requested they have it repaired under the warranty, they said they could offer a $200 discount on any repairs after I have it repaired at a shop.So they have already changed the terms of the warranty. I now have to find my own shop, they would not find or provide a professional repair location, I have to pay up front for repairs, and I will not be reimbursed, but instead provided a $200 re-imbursement on whatever the cost is. When I mentioned the original (and still currently advertised) Totguard warranty, they then offered to reimburse me for repairs after I paid for them myself. I pointed out again that that is not the original warranty terms but they refused any other terms. I asked if there were any services that they have service agreements to provide free of charge warranty service with and they do not.So it seems the warranty terms are completely false. Since it wasn't mentioned, I asked how I would be reimbursed for the repairs, they said it would be a credit to the amazon account. So it wouldn't even be reimbursed in cash or a check, it would be in amazon credit. After searching locally, no local shops will repair this type of e-bike, either due to the type of motor, or a lack of parts availability. I tell this to the seller and ask them if they can send me a replacement wheel and motor hub. They check and they can't get replacement parts. They tell the best they can offer is a $100 refund and graciously allow me to keep my broken bike that can't be fixed. This entire warranty repair process has taken two months with no progress. The seller is incompetent at best and a fraud at worst.
