Lo que más me gusta es la ligereza de su diseño, hasta ahora la siento eficiente, sus procesos son rápidos desde el encendido hasta la reproducción streaming y programas básicos.Sus puertos son justos para su uso, muy interesante que incluya un puerto TF para evitar el molesto adaptador SD de memorias. En general se precibe su calidad, vale su precio

I found this laptop to work well for daily tasks like web browsing and office work. Even some video editing seems to work fine! I wouldn't say it's a gaming laptop, but it's easy to use and has a clean design.Pros:- The build quality feels decent (lid is made out of metal, and although the bottom of the laptop is plastic, it feels rigid). The hinge is also made of metal and can fold completely flat.- I like that the display has a matte finish (I prefer over glossy), since it doesn't have much glare.- I found the keyboard comfortable to use. I also appreciate that it has a backlight, which seems to have 2 levels of brightness. Trackpad felt okay.- There's a stock version of Windows 10 Pro installed, leaving about 200GB of space left (maybe they could have included 512GB, but at least it's upgradable behind the back cover).- Above average microphones & webcam - the mic in particular sounded clean when video calling. What I liked was the safety switch that can disable the webcam when not in use (this is a good privacy feature).- It has nice performance...although it's not the newest generation chip, I was still able to do everything I needed without much lag. My usage primarily included YouTube, docs and some light gaming (e.g. CS:GO, Half Life, Minecraft and emulation worked fine).- I liked the quad speakers (sounded loud & clear)- For me, it has satisfactory I/O (ports). It can charge using a standard type C port and I didn’t need to use any hubs or adaptors. Nice!Cons:- A lot of entry-level laptops are starting to have 8GB RAM, so it would have been nice to see an extra 1-2 GB included here. However, multitasking still worked fine.- I think the Wi-Fi reception strength is good, however it doesn’t currently support WiFi 6- I noticed a little bit of background noise when running more demanding programs (it’s not loud, but this is not a fanless computer). And as part of the design, the rubber feet on the back lifts the laptop upwards to help with ventilation (this means it’s more comfortable when using on a flat surface)

The product works well for basic needs, it is not equipped with gaming hardware. Vpu usage is vary limited and gpu needs tweaks to play even the low settings on older games 2010s. Even with no program running the product gets hot fast. After an hour use the keys on the laptop get too hot to type with. Use this computer spearing and besure to power off completely if left on sleep mode overnight will cause blue error screen to appear.

La laptop es muy rápida, excelente resolución, a no ser porque el micrófono falló luego de instalar windows 11, hice reseteo de fábrica y funcionó bien, pero al correr actualizaciones volvió a fallar desafortunadamente fue luego de cerrarse la opción de devolución de Amazon. Busqué solución con el fabricante y no tienen controlador para solucionar esto, traté de devolver y pues al no tener oficina en México se dificulta mucho pues no quieren absorber el costo del envío. Busque aplicar garantía de la A a la Z con Amazon y pues dicen que no aplica en este caso, así es que mejor busquen un artículo que esté respaldado por un fabricante con oficina en México para que no les pase lo mismo.
