its been almost 1 year I had the lock, so far so good zero complaints so far. Beautiful, durable, reliable and so much more to described this smart lock.

I loved how easy it was to install it, it was also very easy to connect it to my cell phone. I really like that I can do everything from my cell phone, I can access with a click, I can generate codes even if I am not at home and I can generate more than 200 users to access. The best of all is the access log, it allows me to see by day, time and date.

Please check out the video, I recently bought this smart lock and for some random reason this thing all the sudden stop working. Very strange lucky me I had a copy of each of these keys saved somewhere out in case some crazy thing happens. I bought other lock, I love this one more for the style I guess it’s really bad in terms of materials are technology wise speaking. I’m demanding replacement or. Refund or this thing. This completely not okay for someone that cost that high and stop working all by itself for no reason. Please watch the video you will see in details what the issue, I’m not advertising other smart lock i own at home but I did compare one I bought from Amazon less cheaper but works properly. No complain and I use that door lock more often than the one that’s broken.

So far so good I like the fingerprint scanner I will give a review later easy to install .

Love the lock. Easy to install. All functions work as you expect save battery use. The manual says to replace batteries every six to eight months. That should read five to seven days. I replaced batteries the day I left for an eleven day trip. No one used the lock while I was gone. App did show 100% battery when I left. I had to use the key when I came back 11 days later. App showed 0% battery. This is the second lock. The first one had a broken wire or something in it. If replacing batteries every 5 days is ok for you and you get a lock that works this is a great lock. If you don't want the type of maintenance you better look for something else. I have had the lock for 4 weeks. Two of which no one was home. Had to replaced batteries 4 times.

I love this lock, it has everything a lock needs. Five ways to open your door, It worth every penny.

We finally install the lock and it is not working. We followed everything, reinstalled it like 5 times and still not working. It not latching, not locking, and not doing anything but talk. We can even return it because its pass the return date. Now we are stock with a expensive and non working item.
