Everyone needs vitamin C… Time release is the best way to keep it in your system longer since it is a water soluble vitamin. Usually take the capsule form, but these were a much better value… So far so good.

The idea of a time released vitamin was exactly what I was looking for. I have been taking Vitamin C regularly for about a month, and so far my skin has improved significantly. I have extremely dry skin. My skin on my legs has improved with a dramatically different appearance. No more "alligator" scales. Just smooth skin. Not bad for an old lady - lol.
