I feel like this is a necessity if you live in a non-sunny place. I’ve taken vitamin D for years and have found this brand to be the best. Cost wise, it’s a good value and it’s easy to use because it comes in the form of a very small gel ball. It’s super easy to swallow. As I get older I find myself taking more and more supplements. The blood tests I have to take every three months always point out any deficiencies that I may have and fortunately there are ways to supplement those vitamins and/or minerals. As you age you typically spend less time in the sun, you may suffer from dairy allergies, and you may try to eat healthier by becoming more vegan. Officially been in this for 3+ years. I went through years of getting my Vitamin D levels tested with my Dr due to fatigue and other symptoms associated with my thyroid. I tried several different types of vitamin D, only to be told I was still deficient. My fitness coach told me about this brand, and I have had no problems since! This is the ONLY brand to actually make my blood levels show a difference. I’m still tired (single mom of two), but not almost falling asleep at a stop light tired.

The product didn’t have desiccant and the vitamins stuck together. Unable to be used. And the return window has closed.
