This mandoline slicer is super cute in pink and comes with a nice variety of blades for slicing, shredding, and even waffle cuts. It works well for soft veggies like cucumbers and carrots, and the included peeler is a nice bonus. However, the plastic feels a bit flimsy, and switching out the blades can be tricky and not very intuitive. Also, it's not as sturdy as I'd hoped when slicing tougher vegetables like potatoes. With a bit more stability and clearer instructions, this could be a solid 5-star product. Overall, it's decent for light kitchen use, but don’t expect professional-grade performance.

I had been looking for a mandoline for quite some time since my old, old one started to break. I had ordered a more expensive one that was dull and I returned. Thought I'd give this one a try and in the short time I've had it, it has worked well. I used the smaller julienne blade for slaw and it was too fine. Next time I used the larger julienne blade and it cuts to the texture I wanted. The storage feature looks nice but I don't want to wash all of the blades with each use so they will probably wind up in the junk drawer until needed. A rinse cleans the food residue better than I expected. It seems sharp enough to cut through cabbage and onions. Its size fits in the individual bowl I use so if you're wanting a large unit, this may not be for you. The plastic is lightweight, it is too soon for me to report on how long it will last. Four stars for not really practical cutter storage and lightweight plastic.

THE MANDOLINE NEEDS A GUARD. THE INSTRUCTIONS SUGGEST USING SAFETY GLOVES WHICH SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR TO THE BUYER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING THE MANDOLINE.

This product is cheaply made and is not of good value for the amount they charge. It does work, but the fragility of the product itself does not seem like it will work for very long. I had trouble cutting a sweet potato because of the cheap plastic and dull blades. They did not include a tool for cleaning, but luckily I have a brush that helped.

Convenient. But better to chose orange or dark color.

Very good I bought it for Karean Carrot salad and it’s just perfect, easy to change , easy to clean, very sharp be careful when using, and it is affordable good for the price
