Good product. Size is smaller than expected.

The fountain is very beautiful and mind blowing but the problem is with the dhoop they send with the package. The smell of the dhoop is not pleasant and causes coughing, I guess it was made with some chemicals. It would be appreciated if they change the formula of the dhoop to make it less toxic.Otherwise overall the product is good and it deserves a 5 star rating but I gave it a 4 star rating because of the dhoop quality.

Despite the item arriving cling wrapped the top of it was chipped, which leads me to believe that I was sent an item that was probably returned by another customer or nobody checked it before dispatch. Either ways, it's not a good service to send damaged items to a customer who's paying full price!Functionality is good, it looks pretty cool when the smoke flows down, although you gotta keep it away from any source of wind (fan or AC) because then the smoke just goes all over and doesn't flow down as it's supposed to.The incense cones that were provided with it are awful 😂 they have no pleasant fragrance, plus the smoke is horrible, it just makes your eyes water and throat itchy. Not suitable if you got a kid who has mild asthma.I ordered other proper premium quality reverse cones and those work well with this smoke fountain 👌🏽
