Not consistently thick
This tastes more like malt than chocolate. I had to use more than recommended scoops to get a decently thick consistency. This is better than others I've used so far, but for the price vs quantity, I'd rather order hot chocolate thats thick & tastes better. Nevertheless for those looking to prepare at home, this is a decent alternative

Not worth the hype
It wasn't what i was expecting.. to be honest its not worth the hype.. the taste is so bland and seriously its so hurtful...i felt really bad coz i have very high expectations with this product and im sorry its not what i was looking for.. the taste is not good and the texture is also not good...its not smooth or thich or creamy.

Sweet not dark, for kids.
Way too sweet. Nothing “dark” about it. Cant feel the spices either. Its the same old sugar in milk kiddy hot chocolate. Texture was also kinda dry not as rich as some of the good hot chocolates.
