Helped clear up our dog's staph infection. Works great. Was recommended by our Holistic Vet.We have a small Yorkie and noticed that he started to get some small pustules (which was later identified as a staph infection) around his groin/stomach area. We started with our regular vet and was prescribed a steroid to help alleviate the situation. While the steroid helped, as soon as it was finished the staph infection returned. There are many reasons not to continue a long term steroid but I will not get into that in this review.Our next appointment was with a Holistic Vet who came highly recommended. After looking at the infection on our pup the Doc said he had just the thing for him. He prescribed an antibiotic spray and recommended that we use Avix Booster daily with our dogs food. Within a week the staph infection was cleared up and it has been gone ever since.We continue to give this as a daily supplement to our dog with his food. He hasn't had a single issue since.Great product! A+

I love this stuff! My B&G Macaw took (at most) a week to adjust to the taste of this, but she's been really good about letting me give it to her (orally; I use a syringe & she grabs it with her beak), whereas she never got used to the taste of straight Red Palm Oil. Seems to be helping with her skin issues, and her feathers look better. This is the only thing I've added/changed her diet with, so I trust that it's made a difference. My Avian vet recommends Harrisons', so I trusted the brand and bought this (the vet didn't carry this, and I'm not even sure if they know about it). I expect that the jar will last me at least six months, so it's definitely a good buy.

I have been using this for my bunny, and it seems to be helping him quite a bit. When I got him, he was emaciated, and his fur was in terrible condition. Our vet recommended this product, and I have been giving it to him faithfully every day. His fur is soft and silky now, and he has gained weight and is now at a reasonable weight for his size. I have chosen to continue to use it since it has done such great things for him.

My dog is a Puggle, he has had really bad allergy's his whole life so bad that he would rip himself apart all over his face and paws. This product was recommend by my holistic vet as part of a regiment to start giving my pup and it helps a lot to keep his skin healthy and his body balanced. I have had him on this product for over 6 months now as well as two other products and with the three products they have helped to stop his itching all together. This is an amazing product and its well worth the money if your having issues with your pets allergy's. I would recommend this product to anyone who has pets with really bad allergy's.

I was sold a 1oz bottle of this stuff from my veterinarian for $25.00. I bought a pound of the exact same medicine from Amazon for $30.00. Enough said, I'm now looking for a veterinarian who doesn't have kids he/she wants to send to an Ivy League College...LOL

This actually seems to help with plucking & feather quality. I mix the dose with a small amount of yogurt & spoon feed. They love it.

We were recommended Booster by a vet and it worked very well for our ferrets. Their coat became better. They also love how it tastes, so they eat their food better, when it's mixed in the kible.

I was told to use this by my vet for my pet bantam hens. It really helps them in the winter months and especially through their moulting period.
