I owned one before. The alarm is very loud. But I do enjoy the different sounds that come with this.

good travel sound machine
I just got this & use it at home at least 5 nights a week. Am going on week 3 with the batteries and still going strong. I was worried the batts wouldn't hold out long enough for a trip, but apparently they do. I would have given it 5 stars, but I didn't get the accessories that they said came with it, and also didn't notice that a power cord was NOT included (my bad)..

Beware of buying used electronics
It worked for 2 weeks and then stopped. I noticed that it was more beat up than I expected when I recieved it, but it worked great and I loved it until it stopped working.

Only display screen has a light.- does not come with power adapter- no lock feature, so it can be turned on when packed.- too expensive for what it is
