do these come with a puff?

The ones I got were in tall canisters that you shake. These look like the same powder but in low containers. Sorry I can't help you.

How do i open it? it says push with an arrow but it won't budge. am i doing something wrong?

Hi. We often use the back of a pen and just push it open, much like you would a new package of sea salt. Hope this helps!

Save for under arms or private areas for sweat or just feet?

I use the powder all over in areas like the back of my neck, under the breast area really don’t limit it’s use to specific areas. It is very smooth and the fragrance is not overwhelming.
