The shower had no pressure at all and it looks like it is either by design or a defective piece. The plumber said, he tried different ways to check and fix the pressure issue but gave up. He says the problem could be with the way the knobs are designed on the shower panel. They are not completely opening and thus could not get the complete pressure properly. Please do NOT buy this one. Unfortunately, as we had it installed a month later, we are past the return date.

Functionality: This shower is amazing! There are so many ways to use the shower, but my favorite feature is the temperature gauge. I know exactly what temperature to set it in before I get in!

Super easy to install - there are a lot of videos online. We had a plumber for a tub we were installing at the same time, so he did the install, but we wish we had ourselves and will probably change it. He has the water lines coming up and into the unit, but one video we saw had you add a turn in the lines to run them down into the shower tower, since the guts of the tower are inside your shower instead of inside your wall, so then if there is any leaking it would leak into your shower and not the wall. Also, make sure you set the height with the body jets in mind - when we set the height we did it too high so there is a jet in my face. We'll have to move it down now that we know. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I hadn't realized you can only use one function at a time. They do sell units that you can use two at a time - so that's on me for not doing more research. We are going to see if we can replace the diverter ourselves to have two functions at a time. We'll see! Otherwise, all good! Our plumber was really impressed and asked where we got it. It was so much easier to install than a full custom multi-function shower. Can't beat the price either!

I’ve had this for a little over a year and the screen Quit working so you can’t see how long you’ve been in the shower or what the temperature is. Before this happened, I would’ve given the quality a four stars but now it’s more like two

Installed myself 6 months ago. already had plumbing set up from previous shower. simple install. works just as advertised, light works great, like that it shows how long you are in shower. Chrome and finish look good. No pitting easy to clean. Would not hesitate if i needed another!

I absolutely love the shower panel. this has upgraded my shower and experience and it is truly amazing the details in the quality of this product I highly recommend that you purchase it and take your shower experience up a notch I promise you won’t regret it. The water pressure is amazing and it lights up as soon as you turn it on and keeps track of your shower time. It’s great
