Perfect for venting a string trimmer! Kept grass and dirt away from the motor
Perfect for putting behind the vent slots of a string trimmer. I think it saved the motor, which was burning up when it got grass in it.

Good replacement for late 90s and early 2000s ski doo air filters. Just cut to side.

Works well for what I want.
Use this with a portable AC to help filter the air going through the chill side to keep down on dust collecting. Sure it has an air filter, but, it's one of those nylon-mesh filters and this is much more thorough; without being restrictive....and washable.

Used in Cascade 1000 Canister Filter For Aquariums.
I use this for a filter media in my Cascade 1000 Canister Filter. I just cut up a few to the size of the canister and wash them out when needed. It has added a low cost 30 ppi filter media to my fish tank. Mine did not have any oils in it when I got it. I have ordered foams that had oil in them so I was worried at first. They are a dry filter when you get them. I washed the heck out of it before hand just in case. I can several filters from this one foam and save myself tons of bucks. So far, in the last 8 months I have only used one..I just keep cleaning it and returning it to my filter system so this should last me a great while. I hope this helps someone. Perfect for preventing a light leak in a vintage camera
I purchased this to prevent a potential light-leak in a vintage medium-format camera. I was able to cut out a rectangular frame of 9 cm x 6 cm on the outside and 8.5 cm x 5.5 cm on the inside. The softness and firmness was perfect for me. It fit well beneath the pressure plate of the camera. Being black, this should do a perfect job of blocking any light that might leak into the camera through the red windows at the back. The material is very similar to the foam brushes available at most stores. I bought this because I needed something a little larger than what was available locally.

Great, used it for air blower exhaust silencer. Works great. Low air resistance and heat resistant.

Good material reusable for the job!
I use this for air cleaner on my 1983 Suzuki tempter gr650. I've been unable for years to find OEM air cleaner material. This is the next best thing. Fabricate and able to substitute original. Not perfect but it will get you down the road. Get outside enjoy life.

I used this product as a replacement air filter on carburetor filters on a vintage car. I was able to cut strips and form inside the metal canisters for SU carburetors. I am confident this will be an excellent replacement.

Worked great for my custom filter just need to find some good foam glue and start cutting and glueing made mine for a 1990 beta zero 260cc trials bike works good spray with some k&n filter oil and your good to go
