The faucet looks nice and is easy to install.The quick to connect connectors need some attention however.You must carefully rotate the connector until you hear a click sound.Otherwise it would leak even though you may feel it is well inserted.Customer service is good with quick response.The connector to water supply is 3/8" OD, so you may need an adaptorif your existing support has 1/2" OD FEM connector.Overall I am happy with the purchase!Gary

Bought two sets, as replacements for existing faucets. Plumber had no difficulty installing. And once installed, they seem to be working well, and they look nice. The handles are much smaller than what I was replacing, so wish I had payed attention to the measurements, but for now they look fine and are working well. Also, the cold and hot handle valves both turn in the same direction. I wanted opposite turns. The company was helpful and and I was able to get the two valves from them that allowed the opposite turns for the cold water handles. Also, upon request, the company also sent me the Cold/Hot ceramic identifier tabs for the tops of the handles, as those did not come with the handles as packaged. All in all I am satisfied with this purchase.

I love these faucets. They are beautiful and a great material. One of the drain plugs was damaged and does not click to stop water from going down the drain correctly. The other one we bought works just fine.

It was a nightmare removing my old faucet and tubing. It was so nice when it was super easy to install (2- double sinks). My bathroom is older than dirt… but I’m thinking the 60’s tile will come back. These faucets make it pop… lol. Don’t judge. In all seriousness… great price for the product. They are kind of nautical looking. I gave 4 stars bc it would not look right in some bathrooms. My ugly tile made them look really cool.

I like the faucet, it looks high quality, feels like its not cheap... good value for money. Also the lines it comes with are really nice, and made the install a breeze.BUT Buddy... if you're not pretty handy, installing this thing is complicated. the bit that attaches the sink to the drain is of a really weird size... much much larger than any I have ever seen. The pro at my local hardware store said he'd never seen anything like it either. Also, the rubber gaskets that come with it to set it up are -not- adequate... The large size of the base and the cheap gaskets are a recipe for disaster. I had to do LOTS of work to get all of this mess to seal up. THEN, one of my faucets (i ordered 2 sets of these) had a leak in the water line connector that wasn't soldered correctly from the factory. Luckily I have the tools on hand to fix this... otherwise you'd have been calling a plumber to sweat the fitting on the line correctly. The thing was misting out water. Had I not really been paying attention, I'd have had a flood on my hands.So, in closing... I like the product, but be weary. There might be more work to do than you think.
