Q: I bought the BioDigest here on Amazon but it didnt come with the little tool to break the vial, where can i get that tool?

Just use a half inch of airline hose. Place this small piece of air line tubing over the end of the vile. You can break the vile and the airline tubing will protect you fingers. Break the second end over the fish tank and it will all drain out.

Q: Should i turn off my filter when i apply this? Its a biowheel hang on the back

A biowheel is not a recommended filter in this case because they are exposed to the air. This leads to oxidation and an increase in nitrates. What prodibio dose is help cultivate bacteria that consumes nitrates. Use biological filter that is completely submerged.

Q: Can i use 1 vial in a 20 gal aquarium?

hello yes , you can use 1 vial for 20 gal , you can't overdose the biodigest .

Q: Should i run my protien skimmer with this product?

No. Turn skimmer off for a few hours after using this.
