Are there replacement markers? Mine came with none

Hi, We have 3 water pens in the box, however there is no replacement markers. The whole Blippi Water box includes 11 stencils, 3 stamps, 1 water ink pad, 1 roller stamp, 3 water pens, 1 water roller, 2 sticker sheets, 1 instruction sheet.

How do you fill the markers with water?

It is very complicated to fill the markers with water, I was finally able to fill them after tugging for a bit & finally pulling off the end, they are on there pretty tight though, but they do come off.
