Does not help with hiding gyno
it looks nice and tight if u have a decent physique but it does not smooth out your chest, its tight around the mid section and tight on the arms. but my main reason i bought this was to smooth out the chest which it didnt.

Nice quality but sizing inaccurate. I ordered using the ht / wt chart for my son but they are really baggy. Will be returning
