Good quality but two tablets feel a little strong better start with one tablet for one week and if it feels good then switch to two tablets which is the ideal dose

Good product , it does help sleep and my muscles recover quicker , only downside is you need to drink 1-2 glasses of water to swallow because it might stuck in oesophagus
