I’m a side sleeper and was having back pain/stiffness in the morning (and general stiffness) with regular pillows.I bought this and have been using it about 6 weeks so far.From the 1st night, I’ve had far less stiffness in my back when I get up since switching.After having used it awhile, I am ECSTATIC about it. This is the only thing that has changed and I feel SO much better when I get up.I used to feel the need to get up and move/stretch after 7hrs max.I’ve comfortably slept 9+ hrs with this (note always a midnight bathroom run w/my water intake & I switch sides at least 1x during the night).Very consistent experience every night.Anyway, I don’t often take the time to write a lengthy, glowing review- especially about a pillow but wanted to express my happiness with it fully.Great value, sturdy, quality, and two different heights for us side sleeping folks. Works well.I have slept on my back a little, and for me, it seems a little high but we have the bed raised a bit to help with reflux so I know that’s a factor.Not inexpensive, but highly recommended and I’ve no doubt it’ll last.

I have degenerate disc disease and osteoarthritis in my neck and back. I have always dealt with a great deal of pain when I am trying to sleep. I usually had a plethora of pillows that I used to prop up my neck and body perfectly. Two under my head, one under my knees, one that I hugged, and one pushed up against my back. If I didn’t have them just like that I couldn’t sleep at all. I would even get angry if anyone switched the order that my pillows were in because it left me trying to figure out how to get them back in the right order again. I was using regular and down filled pillows and even with all of these pillows I was still dealing with pain and insomnia. So, I finally decided to give a cervical pillow a shot. I read the reviews of numerous pillows and settled on this one because of it’s great reviews. When I tell you that I had major relief instantly, I am not kidding. I slept the best I had in about 20 years once I switched to this pillow. I know this is going to sound strange, but when I first started using this pillow it was like my body from the waist up was finally touching the bed for the first time. I realized just how out of line my normal pillows were making me. I have been able to sleep comfortably on my side, back, and stomach while using this pillow. The pillow might feel a little foreign at first because it’s not like the pillows we are all used to. But give it a night or two and you will settle right into it. The pillow has two sides to choose from. One is higher than the other. One great thing about this pillow is the manufacturer’s guarantee and they will even send you things to help make the pillow fit your neck better. I was so in love with this pillow that I got my husband one and he loves it as well. Please believe me when I tell you that you won’t regret buying this pillow! 10/10!

A little pricey but this pillow does help with my aches and pains. I am a side sleeper and shoulder pain can be a problem, this pillow eliminated that. I found the height for me was good without much fussing about. My neck feels a bit better, but having spinal problems it's always going to be a work in progress. The shape of the pillow is interesting, with areas sculpted out to put one arm if you are a side sleeper. Some nights this works perfectly, and for some unknown reason on other nights it is not a good fit for my arm. Even though the cover is washable, I do wish there was a custom pillowcase for this pillow, perhaps in satin so as not to dry out my hair. The pillowcase I am using is a bit short and doesn't conform well to the shape of the pillow, sometimes bunching up. I hope the pillow stays firm and doesn't get mushy over time like some memory foam. Time will tell.

This pillow was GREAT while I was using it. I originally got it because I was dealing with bad neck pain every day when I woke up and after my first night of using it, I WAS CURED!! No more waking up with neck pain!! I was shocked! I couldn't believe that all this time I just needed this pillow and my problem was solved. The only reason I stopped using it is because it was not very compatible with all of my sleeping positions. I like to move positions a lot when I'm sleeping and this pillow made that very difficult. I still think this pillow did a great job for my neck pain which is why I gave it 5 stars but if you move around a lot in bed than this pillow probably isn't for you.Here's a little secret I found out while in search for a good neck pain pillow....If you wake up with neck pain like I do, most likely you just need something to push up on the back of your neck while your sleeping. You don't need a fancy pillow like this. You could even just use a regular pillow and fluff it up in the neck area if you want. That's what I do and I've never bought a neck pillow ever since and still have no pain.

I have been struggling with trying to find a pillow for years. I am a side sleeper 95% of the time. This pillow is amazing for side sleepers. I don’t wake up with a pain in my neck or shoulder. My son tried my pillow and bought one for himself. He is a back sleeper 100% of the time. The only thing that I don’t like is not having a pillowcase that fits it properly. The pillow is made very well. Mostly made of foam so it can be slightly warm at night. I am also able to take it apart and remove a center piece that would make your head fit a little more deeply into the pillow. I don’t use that, but my son does. I don’t remember the cost of the pillow when I bought it. However, I would definitely buy it again.
