Anyone know if there is enough room at the end/bottom of the sheath to drill a hole and run paracord through for hanging from my neck? thanks

You might have a little room for a whole. I do not know how well it will hang, if it will hang evenly. maybe you can figure out a way to tie it on another way to the sheath??

Would this make a good fish and small game knife? Trout knife

It's a very sharp knife, but may be a little short for fileting fish or dressing game. Don't get me wrong. This is a good, basic knife for around camp, in the home, etc, but it's definitely a step down from other Mora models. Get a real filet knife for fish. Look at the heavy duty Mora Companion, Kansbol or Garberg models for dressing game.
