No defects in the bag I purchased, and as best I can tell I got exactly or within 1 of 100 capsules. I made sure the coconut oil had cooled down to 85-90 degrees F before using an oral irrigator to fill the capsules, avoiding any potential melting issues that some had identified at temperatures over 100 degrees F. You'll definitely want to get a 00 capsule tray to hold these, I can't imagine doing it purely by hand. If I had one complaint, it's that the dark color can make it hard to see how full the capsules are. Make sure you're working with a strong overhead light or lamp.

These capsules are quite large, but given I have taken a lot of supplements in the past I didnt have any issues with it. Definitely not for a child though. They are sturdy enough to fill and dont have any taste. I do wish they closed better once full but I am still working on different methods on keeping them sealed so perhaps there is a way that works well.

These capsules are a good combination when it comes to putting your vitamins using a tool. You can do a visual contrast when filling up your diy machine and the capsules always are the perfect Size that they fit perfectly in my hand filling method.very high quality and I’ve been buying from the same distributor for years. These ARE the best: I can personally say they are. They always fit perfectly.

These are super easy to use. I also got myself a small scale and a tiny spoon all on Amazon. I would say for less than .50 grams, these are going to be too big. I filled each with .12 grams, and it maybe hit a quarter of the capsule. I also didn't enjoy swallowing the bigger pill size. I'll probably get one size smaller next time.
