item works well for separating eggs, it did break one yolk, but it didn’t matter for the recipe.

Well constructed. The basket shape easily scoops the pieces out of the fryer. This makes frying Hawaiian style malasadas so easy.

The yoke and white stuff separates easily- I wish I bought it years ago!!!
