Mine was well made!
The baking expert in our family is my wife and historically she's the one that has purchased all of our equipment. But I wanted a turtle cheese cake as my b-day cake and we had discarded our tray that we'd had for over 20 years. So I decided to take the initiative, do my research and purchase it from my favorite store, #Amazon. When it arrived and my wife saw the design first thing she said was "it's going to leak". My heart sank, I gad read a couple of people who shared that theirs had leaked and I quietly wondered if that would be our fate. I encouraged her to try it and assured her that I had done my research. Well, she got on Amazon and she seemed to only see the reviews where people complained about leaks. I told her I was confident it would be okay. She then said that it wouldn't be high enough for cheese cake as it could bake over the wall. By now, I'm like "we can pick one up at Whole Foods if you're not sure!". She kindly smiled and on to the baking she went. And to her surprise, the pan exceeded her expectations. There was zero leaking! Zero!. The pan was also deep enough to hold a daily tall cake. Success! I got a beautiful and delicious birthday cheese cake from my best friend. The dish performed excellently and we could not be happier. Now I'm going to try to make a deep dish pizza in it and I'll let you know if it fails 😉!

Excellent, Easy-to-Use Springform
This 10" springform pan is wondeful! I had another springform but put it in such a safe place I couldn't find it. So, I went on Amazon and found this one to replace my original one. It is much better than what I had. It is so easy to use and so easy to clean. It closes very easily and has a very tight seal so no dough leaks through. It cleans easily with a sponge and warm soapy water. I especially like the silicone handles. You still need to use potholders, of course, but the springform is so easy to place into the oven and then remove it from the oven with these nice handles. I never have to worry now that I will lose my grip on it, especially when transferring from my oven to the kitchen counter. It really is non-stick. I have baked several different cakes in it and everything is easy to remove without scratching the springform and my cake doesn't fall apart. I highly recommend this springform! I have added two photos of a special fresh plum cake, one before it was baked and the other after I took it out of the oven. It was so delicious my husband and I ate the whole cake in one day!

Love this pan!!
I bought it to make cheesecake for the 1st and last time. Haha. My daughter was coming in from out of town and she ended up making it and loved the pan so much because of the handles; so I gave it to her.

Good value and easy to use
Great looking pan. Nice weight and silicone handle covers. Good size and capacity. Easy to clean and heats well and evenly. Good solid latch. Can be cleaned in the dishwasher and with the coating is rust resistant. Goid value.

Springform baking pan with attached serving tray
Have not used this product yet but will before Easter. I was impressed how sturdy this is. Love the fact that the baking/ serving tray is attached. I always put pies, etc, on cookie sheets to bake but I’m so fearful that I will spill something going from counter to a hot oven. My fears will be gone with this item. I know that it will be a great addition to my baking needs. Being over 90+ yrs. My balance is not the best. However. I keep plugging away.Springform

Best spring form i have ever owned

leaked through the bottom, hard to release
I usually only use a spring form pan once a year, when making my pumpkin cheesecake, so unfortunately this is well past the return window or else I'd return it. My cheesecake comes out partway for me to put on the toppings. At that point, I found a lot of liquid welled in the outside groove of the pan. It didn't "leak" over the edge onto the bottom of the oven (or really, onto the cookie sheet I kept below it to catch messes), but it did leak into that groove, and this is before the toppings went on. My toppings usually run partway over a spring form pan, and this also happened as is typical. So what we ended up with outside the pan was a combination of butter, and caramelized topping (it isn't supposed to caramelize, but the overflow baked against the pan rather than over the cake). Now remember that you then cool the cheesecake. What does butter do when cooled? It solidifies. Result: Extreme difficulty releasing the spring form as it must press through solid butter on the entire circumference. Inside the pan, what I noticed was the crust was drier than usual, as so much of the butter mixed into it simply leaked away. So the crust wasn't as good as usual. I will probably donate this pan in case someone else can use it, but need to get another new pan now to replace my old one (which worked perfectly, but after 20 years had begun to rust).

J'ai acheté ce moule pour remplacer mon ancien moule qui coulait j'ai eu quelques dégats dans mon four. celui-ci est parfait j'ai fait un délicieux gateau au fromgage sans debordement et un démoulage parfait de plus je peu le servir dans la meme assiete. mais vous pouvez aussi le transférer pour un gateau d'anniverssaire.

Me gusto mucho que tiene agarraderas para poderlo tomar fácilmente del horno y sella perfecto. Sin problema de entrega y empacado. Muy buen producto.

I love this pan. The top sits on the bottom easily. No chance of putting the bottom on the wrong way, which I have done in the past with my old one. When the top is removed, your cake is sitting on a readymade plate. Such a good idea!
