Does this set have star tips with the hole? For security star bolts

I think it does. Zoom in on the pic with the bits and you can see the shapes on the black holder

On the top of the page on Amazon, showing the inch combination wrenches, you picture shows a 5/18" wrench, no such wrench. Isn't it a 5/16"?

Its a typo. The wrench is 5/16".

Is there any type of long term warranty?

Standard warranty. I would not recommend that toolbox. Metal rusts fast and the box it self break while you carry the tools. The tools are way too heavy for that plastic box.
