2 Adhesive Patches & Sensor Cover for Dexcom G6 CGM Transmitter Guard (Black)

Outstanding product, I have used dexcom G6 for 5 years and this is the best protector and adhesive overlay I have found.

We had such a hard time with our over patches pulling our dexcom off. When the over patches would wear out and start peeling off, they would pull the adhesive for our dexcom as well. With this guard, it is so easy to change the over patch. It also keeps the dexcom from tearing off from the adhesive when he scratches it on accident. It helps hold the sensor down really well. We were losing a sensor every three days before we bought this item. Now they last the whole 10 days.

Okidokey. I am a type 1 diabetic that has been buying tegaderm for about 14 years for my g6. I found this product and decided to give it a go. The one thing I saw most with complaints in the reviews is the fact that “you have to buy their stickers” which is understandable since the product changes the diameter of the Dexcom, but that really isn’t the case. When diabetics buy stuff like this it’s for convenience and durability, and I thought outside the bun. Take the sticker they provide and follow the steps in my photo and you will be able to fit absolutely any tegaderm overlay you want. The product is truly helpful in adherence and changeability. Yeah it technically makes it a slight crafting project, but in my opinion it’s well worth it. First pic is before the snip and second pic show what to do as well as after the snip.

Water leaked thru the gap around the guard so the patch started to come off against my sensor. I paid $12 for this and out of the return, they are gonna charge me $7 out of it (so only 5 back) when I only paid $2+ for shipping!!!! Not worth the time and gas to go to UPS to return it. I have worked in shipping and returns/receiving for over 14 years and never charged a return fee for an order of such a LOW dollar amount!!! So I guess I’ll tape it to my garbage can I will find it in the dark!!

I loved the color, only company that sold a pink one. Comfortable to wear, but does not fit snugly held on by adhesive sticker so there is a gap I am sure water could collect in. I had to stretch the adhesive sticker I had so that it would fit

It seems like it gives good protection from doors and those pesky straps that come into contact. Doesn't fit as snug as I was hoping for but it does the job. Beware of them sending the wrong colors. I ordered black and got drab clear.

I bought this for added protection from having my sensors being pulled off. I also like the how the guard lays over the sensor adhesive making it easy to replace patches without sticking to the sensor. Plus it gives me peace of mind having extra protection over the transmitter from bumps and such. The guard is the black part in the photo.

Works great. I work in a skilled trade and my sensors sometimes take a hit from ladders and other objects. This guard protects the sensor well every time.
