This works great for me, as my issue is usually just not feeling sleepy and it taking way too long to go to sleep, but once I'm out, I'm out (I don't have trouble staying asleep). About 30 minutes after taking it, I'll usually drift off. But on those mornings when I only got 4 or 5 hours of sleep (purposefully - I often have a day or 2 a week where I'll work late and get up early), there's no lasting grogginess or sluggishness.

It did nothing for me or my husband! I don't know how it is working for anyone else? We were awake all night! We'll stick with Melatonin at least it does make you sleepy, this stuff does nothing at all!

Giving me extra sleep … it doesn’t knock you out as a drug would if that’s what you’re looking for. Taking it for a few days and it does help.
