I bought this umbrella for my 7 year old son. I initially went with another brand but the button mechanism was too difficult for him to use. He can easily use this umbrella and the area of the umbrella is enough to keep him and his school bag dry. I would recommend this for children and young adults and all the colours make it very easy to distinguish whose umbrella belongs to which child.
