Consider using glass, you're trying to promote a quality item, charge a couple more bucks.Fermented products have their own special taste I get it, although the product needs more flavor andimprovement in its overall texture. The product quality Is good, I would not give up on these folks the potential and Idea is really good. Little spice pickle taste e.g. black pepper, real roasted garlic, the texture needs a lift me up. I would say more crunchie is needed. Add a dressing pack inside so you can pour inn and shake it. Think balsamic, dejon, pistachio pomegranate, herbs garlic and sea salt and unfiltered oil. Spicey and sweet think ginger almond orange burst. Very good flavor! I'm a huge beets fan so I had to try this. I love that the cabbage and other veggies are still crunchy unlike regular sauerkraut (the boiled kind you get with kielbasa) I also like that it has the added health benefits of being raw and fermented. I purchased this in effort of getting more fermented foods into my diet and I am loving the versatility of the product. I purchased 4 flavors incuding this one and they are all great. The versatility is endless. I've used them in salad, as a side, on burgers etc.Definitely will be purchasing again

Just got my order & double checked online as photo I ordered is a jar of kraut and this came in a baggie. Sounds like may be the same thing but jar was available when I placed my order this afternoon&now says unavailable. (I hate getting products like this in a zip loc bag -messy,hard to re-seal,etc. Even tho’ no garlic is listed,it is much smellier (strong garlic-like smell to my nose)than the regular Bubbies sauerkraut I’ve been eating lately to boost probiotic intake. I tried this and didn’t like it at all...is a matter of personal preference...wasn’t mushy or anything just not something I like. Am assuming the product in a jar is the same as what I got in the pouch? Have been looking for different fermented veggies to try...if didn’t have multiple health problems would try making some myself.. Guesss I’ll be eating a lot of Bubbies or once I’m no longer housebound will check out what other stores have... ext stop local Koreann grocery for some homemade cucumber or cabbage kimchee-I no longer tolerate spicy but will just eat a little at a time. Wish this had worked out for me though.

I enjoy this brand and especially the spicy krauts (they were my gateway to kraut). Gnar Gnar is my favorite and I give it 5 stars for flavor and crunch (it never lasts long so can't speak to that aspect).Specific to the current listing at Whole Foods -- I go to stores that carry it only because they do!, which has me currently irritated because I decided to order from the local Whole Paycheck specifically because I could get this product. I ordered what was listed as a 4-pack from WF for delivery. Well it's **not** a 4 pack and it's also not glass (which is fine with me but fyi) - it's a single bag. I knew the price seemed low but foolishly proceeded to order only 1 (I also don't have the fridge space to keep 8 bags). So now I'm sad to be out....and since I have to pay for the service I use, I won't be reordering for a while.This information isn't to sway you from ordering, only to set expectations. I'm chalking it up to another pandemic lesson learned and looking for a source where I can buy bulk.

My "Old Country" grandad used to make sauerkraut, and we ate it all the time. In the many years since, I can honesty say that no other krauts compete with Grandad's - until now!Truly.Cleveland Kraut is as good as his and I love having varieties to choose. I also grew up in Cleveland, so I know the real thing--and this is it! Will be ordering more soon. Thanks for a terrific product! Especially love the Beet Kraut.

I’m a big fan of fermented and pickled foods, so couldn’t wait to try this. I was not disappointed, as this is tangy, not too sweet, and yet the beet does shine. I try to avoid sandwiches and love this with a grilled hot dog (no bun) or kielbasa.

The kraut itself is excellent; unfortunately the garlic is so strong it is almost inedible. Make sure you not only like garlic, but like a LOT of garlic before you order the garlic kraut

I've only had the Kimchi Flavor but I'm done! I love this stuff! I've been trying to keep it stocked. Hopefully my gut is benefiting. I like it on vegan sausage, salads and I am always trying to think of other ways to use it.
