Small size and Fast charger as expected

can charge laptop and phones without issue and have multiple pins for US, UK est. so that you don't need to worry while travelling. using it for one year at home and in multiple countries. no issues what so ever.

I think they believe in Planned Obsolescence much more than FMCG brands - such high spec electronic plug’s plastic was so flimsy that it broke down within 9 months

It's a superb charger. Charges the phones up really fast and never gets hot. The built quality is also superb

I tried to register this the first time, promate.net/register website didn't show any confirmation. The second time I tried, the website said the product is already registered. P missing on the main logo on the brick. Underside and packaging all has correct branding and looks well built/finish. Posed query on Promate dot net site and got response that they will pickup. EDIT: promate replaced this. register product was malfunctioning again. cust care sent me email with "screenshot" from thier side. I guess that will suffice for warranty. I tested all ports and voltages and power delivery is good. Al though exterior build/finish looks good, I suspect if that is the case internally - just because this brand appears bit callous in their approaches. Just that all these experiences puts a low trust on this brand.

I’m fan of these GaN chargers, they pack more power in a compact design and produce less heat. This one is a 100W, Using while travelling so one go can charge all of my devices.

I like the adapters, gives it a lot of flexibility when traveling. Unfortunately with these fast chargers they tend to spark when plugging in, I assume because of the high current they draw. So I try to be snappy when pushing the plug in the socket. It will also arc and spark a lot more with a loose socket(eg some American outlets). Be careful of that

We went for a trip, so missed our return window. The charger is buzzing while plugged, and is buzzing for quite some time after plugged off, like something is sparkling inside. I'm not going to wait for it to short circuit.
