I bought this in a hurry and it works amazing with my Mac Book Pro. I was able to get any work I needed done! It’s small so you can easily bring it I say it’s worth the price and easy to use!

Works great, I can even read my belgian eID with it. Put the card in with the chip facing up!

Plug and play. Works great!

The card reader has done its job so far. The only thing I see that is a wrong is that it keeps telling me to enter my password multiple times. I do not know why. It could be that it is not eading my CAC card properly. It is easy to install. It's pretty durable. It connects me fast when it does coonnect. The cable length could have been a little longer. But the overall worth is okey.

Cable length is a little short but great speeds and you don’t need to download anything. Very easy to use

*** NO LONGER WORKS ON MAC *** My initial purchase years ago worked fine, but since I have gotten two and neither work on Mac. While reading the chipset - THE MANUFACTURER CHANGED THEIR CHIPSET. They are now using Alcor Micro 0x058F / 0x9540 which is NOT Macintosh supported. Also.. it's flimsy and poorly made. The USB plug will bend if taken in and out (which I do since it's a laptop). It will last a couple of months at best. Spend the extra $5for a name brand.
