Good Results
The product works for alertness and "energy" but honestly I think that is mostly because of the caffeine. I can't really say whether the other ingredients did much for my sharpness and focus. But caffeine is an amazing drug with a lot of great properties (when used responsibly!) and this product delivers it just fine with possible benefits from the other ingredients. The caffeine in this product (dicaffeine malate) is a slow-release type which prolongs the effects without the "caffeine crash" that comes with the more common form of the drug. That's a nice benefit.

Consistent daily energy boost, with a moderate increase in focus
Does this supplement make me jittery?- I haven't notice any jittery feelings while taking this supplement. However, I do feel a bit "warm" around 30 minutes after consuming these pills, on a fairly regular basis.Energy:I feel a noticeable energy boost each time I take these pills. The energy boost typically kicks in after 30 minutes. The energy boost reminds me of the boost I get from energy shots.Focus:If I take these pills directly before I need to really focus on a task, I've noticed I have a bit better time of staying on task, and not wandering mentally.Bottom line:The energy boost is fairly pronounced, and the increase in mental focus is subtle, but definitely there. Considering this supplement doesn't give me jitters, I'm comfortable recommending it.Recommended4 stars

Cognitive support was effective and great for days after drink or staying up late. Gets you on your feet and ready for the day. Keep them coming

Stick with the original Ageless Male or try something else.
Made me feel nauseous and ill. Bottle was near the expiration date and pills were discolored/stained looking. The Pro product was also not a full months supply like the original. Be aware you cant return this product!

Ashwagandha warning!!
used this product outside of an amazon purchase, that being said if you're susceptible to GI problems i'd avoid.i chopped mine in half and still suffered a week of SIBO symptoms.

I started taking then gave a break, once I resumed I noticed a difference.
The media could not be loaded. 4/5 RatingI started taking as soon as they arrived, I ended up taking a break but resuming. That's when I noticed a difference. I don't drink coffee but I do notice a jolt of energy and I'm not as hungry in the mornings. I like the results.
