Gundry MD Lectin Shield 120 Capsules

I could not wait to get this product after I listen to Dr Gundry. I instantly ordered 3 bottles 1 for me, 1 for my wife and 1 for my partner. Started taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening prior to my meals. Within 10 days I got a major GOUT ATTACK, my blood pressure went over 200 and my sugar levels went through the roof. I ended up going to all my doctors, the hospital 3 times and they were trying everything to do because I was doing everything right and I was getting worse by the day. To the point that I was asking God to please stay with me through the night and allow me to wake in the morning. Then I thought back what did I change in the last two weeks that would do this. I remembered the LECTIN by Dr Gundry. So I ran into my bedroom to get the bottle of product I have been so faithful in taking since the day I received it. I could not believe what I was reading. It said in such SMALL PRINT: WARNING Contains shellfish (crab and shrimp) it also said 330MG of N-Acetyl D- Glucosamine this means I was getting 660MG of this crap into my system daily (source from crabs and shrimp) bottom feeders from the ocean. Yes and when I looked up side effects from N-Acetyl D- Glucosamine it warned may HIGHER YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE - HIGHER YOUR SUGAR LEVELS... it may as well said MAY KILL YOU. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to sue this company for almost killing me. I VOW TO YOU THAT EVERY WORD OF WHAT I JUST SAID IS TRUE... my 8 children almost had to say goodbye to me! You would think in there 45 minute Dr Gundry video pitch they may have taken 5 seconds to tell people about the WARNING of (crabs and shrimp) ingredients. I've been using this for a couple of days in place of another product, Lectin Lock, I've used for a year with excellent results.In just a couple days of using this product, I have developed unrelenting heartburn, so bad, I was barely able to get any sleep last night. There is only one other Lectin blocking product I've tried that caused heartburn, and that one had Pepsin in it, which was the culprit. This one has peptase, and is evidently no better tolerated than Pepsin.Going back to pepsin/peptase-free Lectin Lock which has worked very well for me..

Do not recommend for anyone with MTHFR gene mutation this contains mucin or Neuraminic (Sialic) Acid which is extremely controversial and produced so much mucus in me I felt like I had bronchitis for over a week . If your histamine challenged this is not for you . Just avoid the foods instead . I think it’s not researched well enough . Mucin or the Neuraminic (Sialic) Acid has so many issues related to it that are negative I would avoid even if not mthfr . Just my opinion after research .

Since I started taking Lectin Shield capsules six weeks ago, I have seen my food cravings disappear. I can now open the refrigerator, look around, and make the choices that are best for me and EASILY walk away from things I previously would have sought out. As importantly, food that would have previously caused bloating and gas distress no longer do. I have lost about 6 pounds without effort and feel better than I can ever remember. In combination with other dietary changes I am finally on the right path!
