Pros: great vacuum, amazing suction, love the new anti hair roller, it will pull itself so hang on to it.Cons: really none but.. the dirt cup has changed. This is my 4th one. The mechanism is in a different location. The dirt release is different. It has a push button on at the handle which is sometimes hard to get to come on. The filter is different than my last 2. It seems a bit heavier. I would like the light to stay on while using the wood or have a light on the wood handle.Overall its the best vacuum out there.

I've used Shark's for years. This model is my favorite. It has the best suction. I love that it is a lift away. I can vacuum under furniture. Going from hard floors to carpet is fantastic. Great attachments for corners etc.

Its not new its refurbished.Its a older style which I like. But its kinda louder then ones these days but for the money its just right. I ordered 2 for my cleaning business. WILL order again.

It's great ! The only thing is the cord is not long enough for someone using it for a cleaning business. But other then that I love it I just use a extension cord .

Make sure you get the one that says POWERED. So many Shark lift-aways that it is confusing to find the best one. Great suction. Easy to empty. Long cord. Easy to lift away for stairs, etc.

Suction is good. Last shark I had was made so that light worked not only from floor portion but transferred to the handle when you removed it to use tools. I do like that the canister part removes in order to vacuum under furniture.

I’ve always used shark vacuums for as long as I can remember. They always last me 2-3 years. I have big dogs so we go through them pretty fast but shark has always been my go to brand. However this particular vacuum has been a nightmare. Pieces started falling off and breaking after the first couple of times I used it. I was pushing it from hard floor to carpet and the entire handle just snapped in half. I’m very disappointed and now have to buy a new one just a couple months after buying this one. The overall suction and performance even before it broke was bad. This might be the worst model of vacuum shark has made.
