This dried duck breast is awesome. The best high protien dried meat dog treat I have ever fed my dogs. Suffice it to say that all my dogs love it, and it smells good enough for people food. But of greatest significance - attesting to its purity and high quality - it is the ONLY dried meat treat that does not give my giant breed Great Pyrenees diarrhea ..... which is of course a godsend, given his size. I don't say this lightly or in gest. I have searched for years for a tolerable dried meat supplement treat for this dog who has a need for high protein 'everything' to support muscle development after a $6,000 TPLO (metal knee implant to repair a complete cruciate ligament tear). This Premium Duck Jerky is "it". We are now on our fourth bag. Just wish it wasn't quite so expensive. More people could afford it, and the increase in sales volume would surely override the price reduction for the company. But it's worth every penny if you can afford it.

I've hesitated to use jerky treats in the past due to stories of dogs choking on them. This product is safe, no sharp edges, but lots of great taste. At least, that's what I assumed from my dog's reaction. She loves these. And on a strangely different note, the zipper closing on this bag is the best I've ever seen. I usually put my dog treats in a separate container because the zippers never close easily. This zipper closure is a miracle. I wish everybody use them. But back to the point, the treats are great, my dog loves them, the price isn't bad, and it's an all-around great product.

I'm extremely disappointed im writing this review. I was searching for an organic treat to feed my many dogs and wanted to find a company and product I could know & trust, to purchase from continually. I asked several questions to the company about where the duck was from, what is was fed etc and I got the most vague & seemingly annoyed replies. The company could not tell me one piece of info more than what was already vaguely written on the pkg.On the site it said its organic, but if it was truly organic- the word at least would be written somewhere on the packaging and have a certified organic label !All the 5 star ratings are mostly Bc people's dogs "approved" the treats or liked them. Big deal! My dogs will eat pretty much anything & so will most!! If your dog likes chocolate are you going to give it to them too Bc it makes them "happy??" Ridiculous. People need to get educated and not just trust companies like this who write "organic" on the site so people wanting a truly healthy option for their dog are tricked.Super disappointed. I work with hundreds of dogs and have many of my own & I would've loved to buy this weekly if they were actually knowledgable and truthful on what they were selling.

The limited ingredients in this jerky make it a no-brainer for anyone whose dog has food sensitivities. My dog isn't as crazy for duck as she is for other proteins (beef, fish), but I really love these treats. They're quite large, so if I need to keep her busy for a minute, I can give her a whole treat. Mostly, however, I tear off a piece & give her that - even the small portion takes her enough effort that she can't swallow it whole, finishing before I even get the bag closed again. So they work extremely well to pacify her as well as reward her. I also really like that they come in a big bag, so I don't have to keep buying more every couple of weeks. I'll definitely buy this again.

Little Doji the hairless wonder chinese crested loves these things...but since his mouth isn't exactly full of teeth and he tends to choke/gag easily (especially when drinking water for some reason) I will soak these things in warm water for about 30 sec. and tear them into quarters or eighths and he scarfs them down. He loves getting his dessert treat after dinner every night and this does the trick....along with some peaches -- great quality and price point and the bag is huge and stuffed full so it's a tremendous value as well.

I really like these treats. I recently had my Corgis tested for food sensitivities and there is SO much they can't eat. But duck is okay and the only ingredients are duck and glycerin. They don't crumble and are pliable so you can tear them into whatever size you need. Sometimes I take poultry shears and cut them into squares about 1/2", and dump them into the treat jar or my pocket so I always have a treat ready. And it's a huge bag, so the value is excellent. I will definitely be buying more

Great treats, Abbie approved! If you have a smaller dog like Abbie(Miniature Schnauzer) you can cut this treat in half or thirds depending what you are using it for. I have received them in two smaller packages inside of a larger one and all in one package. I prefer them to be in two packages as they stay fresher.Why can i not get this treat for my Schnauzer Abbie? She misses her treats and with her being diabetic now this is a great choice of treat.

Not enough stars for these treats!! My dogs love these!! I used to have to call the dogs in from their morning outing to get dog biscuits and even beef-type jerky. Almost never now. They come in on their own with these. Or if they haven't, just one call with do it. These treats are practically inhaled by all three of my little doxies.
