I was looking for a good chair that is not as expensive as my one at work. This chair is great! I like how it raises up enough so that my legs can be straight to the floor. It is comfy to sit on. I also love how the arms can be lifted up. This is great for people who may have a smaller room and need to push the chair up closer to a desk... LOVE IT!

this is the comfiest desk chair i’ve ever owned. the pad is so soft and so is the back of the chair. i don’t get pain from sitting long periods of time now. i’ve had it for a while now and it’s so great

This comes in about 6 to 8 main pieces and all the tools that you to get this set up. It wasn't overly difficult to get together. Follow the instructions and don't assume that you know what you are doing. I made this mistake having put these together in the past and it bit me later on. Follow the instructions.The box it arrives is pretty heavy. If you have an apartment or need to get this upstairs, you'll need a hand. It's bulky and just awkward to get it where it needs to go.Overall the chair is very nice. Very comfortable and supportive in all the right places. I never knew how much I needed a head rest until I had one on my chair. Everything is working well and as it should. This is something that is going to last you for quite some time. Not a flash in the pan item.

Initially, I was impressed with the comfort and functionality of the Amazon Basics Ergonomic Adjustable High-Back Mesh Chair, especially considering its affordable price point. The mesh back and upholstered seat provided excellent support during long hours at my home office desk. However, my satisfaction was short-lived as the lean back stop mechanism unexpectedly broke after a short period of use. This unfortunate flaw now prevents me from sitting upright in the chair, as it constantly leans back. While the chair remains comfortable, this issue significantly impacts its usability and longevity. As a result, I'm considering replacing it with a more durable option in the near future. Overall, while the chair offers initial comfort, its lack of durability and reliability leave much to be desired.

This chair is very comfortable and had helped me with my back pain due to long hours working in front of a desk. I'm a 5'11", 296 lb man and this chair is ideal.

The chair itself is fine, and it looks decent for the price. The biggest issue I have is that it is unbearably loud whenever I sit in it. I can't lean back at all on the backrest without a huge creaking sound coming out. Basically makes it unusable on video calls if you're unmuted. I wouldn't buy this again and definitely feel like I overpaid for this chair (this should be closer to $50). I would've just sprung the extra $150 and gotten a nicer chair that would've lasted longer. The sound is really loud and bad after 4 months of use - I'm 5'11" 165lbs... so I am not putting a lot of stress on it. You've been warned.

The seat height sinks after a couple hours, the headrest doesn't stay where you place it and will only function at the lowest setting. Armrests are basically solid plastic and horribly uncomfortable. Foam on the seat is a joke and immediately compresses so you're just sitting on the plastic frame (I weigh maybe 175 lbs.)I really wish I would have purchased a different chair because this one seemed to hold up JUST past the 30 days to return it and then started falling apart.

This is my chair I use daily and it is great but after a month it now makes a lot of noise when I sit on it.
