Why don't you offer multipacks that are all the same color?

It would be great to provide the option for our customers to purchase Tile packs that came in the same color rather than different colors. Is there a subscription fee?

Hello there, Great question! Whenever you purchase a Tile, it comes with access to the free Tile app and Tile’s core finding features - ringing your items, ringing your phone, seeing your item’s last known location in the app, and using the Tile Network to help you find your lost items. No additional fees are required! However, we've also provided options for our customers to sign up for a paid subscription to Tile Premium. We've identified a few additional features as Premium features to enhance your Tile experiences such as a 30-day location, extended warranty, and free battery replacements. However, rest assured that Tile's core finding features remain completely free. What type of battery does this use?

Can I connect a tile to more than one phone?

I don’t think so because when you are trying to locate is phone it will give you the exact location for just one. I think you need 2 tiles

Useless Item

Bought it to track my cat. The range to find it is just terrible, less than 50 m. My cat lost it and now i cant find it anywhere. Just doesn't work!

Does and ok job

Found the sound to be very low and cannot be adjusted from the app. After 3 months of activating the battery and several times activating the device, I got a low battery warning of the unit on the app. I thought at least it should last 1 year.

Bad coverage

Awful experience . My luggage is in Gran Canaria while the app still shows it in Madrid. Too few people use tile app compared to iPhone users. I should have bought Apple AirTag instead

Works great!

I was taking a transit flight and it indicated that it was nearby and was helpful when claiming the baggage at the destination. Airtag refused to connect with my IPad as there was no internet. Samsung SmartTag2 works only with Samsung phones.

Es funktioniert

Weil ich mein Auto nur gelegentlich nutze und es in meiner Gegend manchmal schwer ist, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu bekommen, wusste ich manchmal nicht mehr wo ich ihn abgestellt habe. Jetzt liegt der Tile Finder in meinem Handschuhfach und ich kann ihn mit dem Handy orten, weiß immer wo er steht. Umgekehrt kann ich mit dem Finder auch mein Handy finden. Genial gut.

Useful to track and find lost items

Bought this as a gift and the user finds it really useful. The tile uses the life 360 and shows exactly where it is so you are able to track it which is useful should you lose it and whatever it is attached to. It also plays a sound, you can either press the tile to find your phone or play a noise from your phone to find the tile. The noise is loud so you’re able to hear it even if it’s hidden underneath something. The user has only tried on android so can only confirm it is compatible with android phones.
