As expected and very sturdy!

Disappointed - Bottom rod sheared off in 10 minutes
We used this product to hang banners at conventions as a backdrop. The first time setting up the frame, it went together fine. The problem is that the two ends of the top/bottom bar have plastic endcaps that the connectors screw into. Upon adjusting the frame to stand it up after assembly both plastic ends of the cross bar sheared off (broke in half) and cannot be re-attached to the frame. I then bought 4" heavy-duty shelf brackets and duct-taped the frame together with the brackets to get any semblance of strength or durability. when stock, it holds banners fine except it won't stand up or stay square if a bug farts near it. Duct tape the corners when using it.

Great product! Is it possible to order another tool (allen wrench) to take it apart fully? It was lost somewhere and I would like to collapse it and put it in the carry bag? Thank you!

Trying to figure out how to slide poles through top and bottom of banner to connect both ends.
