Love crepes!!
The pan is great! All I had to do was season it, make crepe batter while the pan was warming up and then make the crepes! It was my first time making crepes and was so easy. The crepes did not stick at all to the pan. I’ve also used the pan for omelettes and tortillas. I never thought I needed a crepe pan but I’m so glad I got this one.

Chef son recommended
My son who is a CIA trained Chef recommended this pan to me. He has one with two short handles. I originally bought it to use as a wok. Since receiving it, I found that I love it and use it for so much more.We cook our scrambled eggs in it every morning. Cook our veggies in it most evenings. Saute onions, mushrooms and more in it. We have been working at downsizing our kitchen as we get older, this pan really helps. We've already sent 4 other pans to the resale shop since it arrived. May send two more, soon.*** Note: this is the smaller wok. Since it is just my husband and me at home it is the perfect size. If you have a larger family, you will want to get a larger size. Best pan ever.

Nice wok...unique and will last lifetimes
This is my 3rd piece from Aus ion...nice and well built but realized 12" is a bit too small for real Woking....you need 14". Its perfect for when cooking for 2 or shallow frying in small batches.

Ordered new but received open-box item
I ordered the crepe pan and it appears to be as described, however, I received an open box item. It was packaged in old newspaper and the information tag had previously been cut and then re-tied to the pan.

Not impressed.
Nice pan but a nightmare to season and does not sit flat even with gradual heating. I did 5 oven cycles with flaxseed oil followed by 2 stove top cycles. The second I put beef stir fry in it stuck to the pan. Season is now flaking off. I would of returned this pan if I could of. I have other solidteknics satin products which hold seasoning much better due to the shot blasted texture. Dissapointed in this purchase.

Great light weight carbon steel wok!
I did a lot of research on woks for my induction cooktop before I bought this one. Carbon steel is the right choice because of heat conduction. I needed a flat bottom pan that could heat up quickly on the edges. I watched a lot of videos. I took the time to season it. This wok is light and perfectly sloped and handles easily. I use it everyday to sautée, stir fry greens for my keto diet. Washes and cleans easily with metal scrubber. No soap. and heat it. Ready to go next time. A great value! So glad I found it.

Pan of a thousand uses
Heats evenly and browns food like cast iron. From scallops to pancakes, it’s the go to pan. Stovetop to oven, or under the broiler Seasons easily and cleaning is a breeze. Eggs slide like a hockey puck. YouTube has the engineers that designed the pan and they made great instructional videos to help you get started.

11" Nice Wok for 3-3 people.
Just used the 11 inch wok with long handle today.. Nice Non-stick after 3 rounds of oven seasoning per directions and a couple quick stovetop seasonings. Made Fajitas and nothing stuck.. "Pad Thai" tonight will be a tougher test but I am sure it will be up to the job. If you like CS as a material FOR YOUR COOKWARE you will be happy with this WOK. It is not overly large and that could be an issue if you want to make larger amounts.
