I like this item, well made going to fix it on the wall with an old bench press bench. Will make a very nice chest press !

I got this 3 months ago and it’s been great to use. Unfortunately last week a band snapped and after looking at some reviews on here it might be more of a problem that just the odd 1 snapping, apart from that issue the product is very well made and seems to be strong. I would like to add I did get in contact with these guys after the band snapped and they had no issue with sending me a replacement band out within 24hrs very good customer service Thanks

Good piece of kit, easy to use and takes up little space compared to kettlebells an the like. You can do a multitude of different exercises with it. Enjoyed using it, not sure if it’s any good for serious body builder types but it has definitely helped me strengthen my shoulders. ***UPDATE***** After using this a few times one of the bands has broken. Only had it 8-10 weeks. Very disappointing, also no way of contacting the supplier.

This is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment I have ever used. As an ex competitor in bodybuilding competitions if you show me this piece of equipment back in the day I would of been no way but now iam in my late 40s and do a lot of travelling this is great. You can get a good all round body work out hitting all the different muscle group. A great price as well

I bought this as an upgrade for resistance bands that I already have and yes you can buy a set of bands for cheaper but they are cheaper for a reason! Now there is nothing wrong with going and buying a set of bands because I've been using them for a while and still will for some things but this is an absolute game changer! Fantastically well made, you can tell this isn't a cheap product. You can get different lbs of resistance too which is good so you can go lighter for beginners and heavier for people who are more advanced. The best thing is you can literally do all the exercises it says you can, you can go from a chest press to a shoulder press to a seated row to a deadlift, the variety is superb. Anyone looking to add to their equipment or someone looking for something to get a quick exercise session done this is the product for you!!

It WAS a great exercise equipment for few weeks. Then one of the rubber bands broke. Luckily the safety sleeve protected my face, so that’s the positive part of my review. Unfortunately (for me), the return window is closed already.

Brilliant for regular easy access exercise at home. Good weight variation. After 3 months, 3 straps have broken already sadly. Not sure if they can be replaced!

Got this to supplement my work out at home. It's a great bit of kit!! The chest press, bent over row / normal row & chest fly's are great, you can really feel the tension work. Though if you want to do bicep curls, lateral rises etc, you need extra bands. I just bought another basic set off Amazon as the Innstar ones are too expensive for what they are. The back brace and barbell however is brilliant quality.

This is perfect for keeping in the truck with you on long trips. Working out in the hotel. Stay fit, and healthy

Cette bande est vraiment bluffante. Oppose une vraie résistance, réglable en diminuant simplement le nombre d'élastiques connectés. Pour ma part, je l'utilise avec une barre qui me permet de simuler une barre de musculation. Vraiment satisfait, j'en ai du coup offert une à un de mes proches.
