Using for kickboxing/bjj, most comfortable supporter I've ever owned.

Unlike most cups I used for hockey, baseball and MMA this one is very comfortable for a cup. The 4 way strap system works well keeps it in place. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it.

This is supposedly the mutts nuts groin guard, but the jock strap has proved impressively undersized (even if you are built down there like a 9 year old). The cup is interesting, it is stouter and has a higher volume than others such as shockdoc cups. The logo is stuck on the cup with a dab of pritt stick glue so it will fall off immediately. No big deal, but it immediately made me wonder.... Build quality on the Jock strap is underwhelming considering the price, with stitching coming off and loose threads galore as the whole thing unravelled after it was used twice. The strap system is superior to others on the market. But it is totally let down by poor construction and ball crushing sizing. If it was £25 all in it would be ok. But at the current price it is not worth it all.

I never thought that I would be reviewing a jock strap with cup, but this thing is awesome. Best cup I ever owned. My old cup was okay, but when I started Krav Maga, I found that a number of groin strikes came from underneath. After a couple of uncomfortable hits like this, I realized that my regular sports cup was design to only protect from frontal impact. I decided to search for a cup that had better protection for an angle-up shot. My research led me to the Diamond MMA Cup. I chose the jock strap version of this product as opposed to the briefs insert version. My belief is that the strap version will keep better positioning. This cup is very comfortable, doesn't slip out of position, and protects at every angle. If you are into any form of martial arts or MMA, this is the product for you.

best cup I have owned - make sure you read the sizing and measure your waist - I assumed I would be a medium but after measuring, the large was the better choice
