Beautiful cards, no ferris wheel included - but the company does have great customer service
I love pop-up cards, especially the ones with detailed pieces. This multi-pack of Pop Up Cards from Banzk includes two floral pop-ups and one of a Ferris wheel. The red card has roses, and the yellow card has sunflowers. The Ferris wheel was not included in my package. Customer service sent a replacement, and it, also, is missing the Ferris wheel. I've contacted the seller to let them know.Update: the seller offered to have me order the Ferris wheel card and they would refund the cost. I appreciate the offer and the effort to make the customer happy.I like both cards that I received a lot. They're pretty and make a nice presentation. I do wish they were padded better, as one has a bit of a dent on the cover. This seems to be a perpetual problem with cards. It's not too significant to use, but it's not perfect. I'm excited to give these to friends/family. They're unusual and yet classic. Great cards! I hope they can fix the issue with the three pack and include the third one or take it off the listing.

Beautiful but wrong card
Love the card but to bad it was the wrong one. I'm not taking the time to send it back when I need it. I was supposed to get the 11 inch tulip card. This is maybe 6 inches. Still very beautiful!
