I would like this product replaced and I don't find a way to contact the seller. I have only used it twice and now it doesn't turn on at all. I don't know how I missed reading about this issue in the previous reviews, but I find it unacceptable that a product can stop working within such a short amount of time. Me encantó la calidad de rulo que deja mi cabello lo tengo hasta la cintura y es wow el terminado. El diseño del setter es hermoso. Y el terminado de peinado es de salón!! Me vino totalmente nuevo y sellado con su instructivo y protegido estoy muy feliz 🥰🤩 No maltrata el cabello y no lo quema 🔥 🥺

I love this little unit. It heats up super fast and is much more compact than my old curler set taking up much less space in the drawer and can even be packed in a suitcase for traveling. The design of this is genius the way the curlers stack one above the other with the clasp "clasped" around each curler. Others have complained in their reviews that the curlers don't slide up and out easily. This is a legitimate complaint, but I've noticed that with continued use this gets better. I only need to keep the curlers in for a few seconds, and wa la, great curls. The job is done so quickly. I highly recommend this set.
