Is it compatible with fanatec servo?

No you will not be able to plug these pedals directly into a fanatec wheel base. If you are using a PC though then you can plug them both into the computer separately over USB and that will work fine.

Will this work on Logitech g29?

You would plug the pedals USB cable in to your hardware unit

I’m used to a two-pedal setup—right foot for throttle, left foot for brake. Is it weird to brake with the left foot using the middle pedal?

Not weird at all. The pedals are fully adjustable. The spacing can be setup to your preference. My rig has a center post to support the wheel, so I have to left foot brake.
